The company behind the popular erectile dysfunction treatment Viagra has agreed to buy the Manhattan-based erectile dysfunction firm to pay $500 million for its experimental and commercial development.
It will also pay $5 million to the New York-based firm for the commercial development and commercial use of the drug.
The deal, which is expected to be signed in a conference call with analysts, is part of a larger plan to enhance its business, with Pfizer's U. S. subsidiary manufacturing the drug, which is expected to be sold worldwide.

The company said the two companies will collaborate on research and development for the drug.
